These reports can be a Brief Treatment Summary or a full report including presenting issues, family and social history, medical and development steps, screening results, observations, and recommendations. 

Parents often request reports for school authorities, physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals involved in care.

Also, most insurance companies do not cover assessments, scoring, or report writing.
